Everyone in a team can open all of its boards, and a team board gets a readable address made of both names — /acme/map-for-the-new-game. Use the destination picker in each app's "+ New" to create a board inside one.

Desktop app

Whiteboard for Windows — same boards, same links; paste a share link into its join box. Unsigned build for now, so SmartScreen will warn.
